Alyssa Falcon

Alyssa Falcon is originally from Tampa Bay, with her roots firmly planted in the sun-soaked town of Clearwater, Florida. Her college days led her to the University of South Florida, where she emerged with a degree in Public Relations, spiced up with a dash of Leadership Studies.

Alyssa's adventure in the talent acquisition realm kicked off in 2015 when she took on the role of a campus recruiter at Northwestern Mutual. Her talent and dedication soon landed her a promotion, rocketing her into the Director of Campus Selection position in 2018. Notably, in 2022, Alyssa was awarded the prestigious 2nd place Exceptional Leader Award by Ripple Match and was a star player on the Talent Brand Team of the Year, an accolade from the Talent Brand Alliance.

But there's more to Alyssa than just her career. This proud Latina is deeply engaged in her heritage, with a Certified Diversity Professional certification and a passion for DEI recruitment. Family is a central theme in Alyssa's life. She bonds with her dad over intense football games, shares magical evenings watching Broadway musicals with her mom, and explores delectable local eats with her husband, Alex. Shortly after they were married, Alex and Alyssa traded in the Sunshine State for the sunniest city in America! They now live in Arizona with their dog, Roscoe.

And when she's not conquering the professional world or spending quality time with her loved ones, Alyssa wears many hats. She hosts not one, but two exciting podcasts. One's all about helping folks navigate their career journeys, and the other? It's a wild dive into the realms of Star Wars and Marvel, making her a true master of the podcasting universe!
